sounds interesting and very promising. there are too many so-called good drugs, like Triptans I can't take; but I'm still very much the skeptic with the big magnetic device. call me crazy. I'd prefer to NOT take drugs, though.

As an attendee at the conference it was quite interesting this year. Big strides are being made in headache research and in the area of occipital stimulation for treatment of cluster and migraine headache.

The occipital stimulation procedure should be available to patients within the next year or two as it is still in clinical trials.

Hi there!
I apologize that I didn't get in touch with you when you emailed me regarding that picture. It was accidentally marked as spam. I meant to mark a message above it, got a new message at the same time and it was bumped up and erased, arg!
So I could not respond to you, and was hoping I'd either hear from you, or that you'd put it up. I would have easily welcomed you to use the image.
I'm also intrigued by what you have going here, and will be following your blog. =)
Good luck on your research!!

I'm also feeling rather vindicated about the chronic pain research! As one of the estimated 20% of patients whose chronic migraine/CDH is *not* due to medication overuse, I'm glad there's more research in this direction.

Be well,
MJ
